  This is the worst McDonalds I've been to! My soda was flat and disgusting, my fries (my favorite) were cold, and I was excited to try the new super mac, but instead I was served the regular Mac (which I didn't discover till I was home). There are many McDonalds in the area and I suggest avoiding this one.

  The fact that they now FORCE you to order using the touch screens is ludicrous. I understand they are there for convenience, but to give you no other option is ridiculous. Even if you are completely familiar with using touchscreen devices, it still takes far longer than to just speak your order to the cashier. I understand technology plays a huge part in businesses, but that should be rolled out smoother, still giving customers the option to order however they want. Forcing them to order this way is just going to lose customers.
