  Brought my family of 8 to this place on a Saturday night. There were only two girls working - including the manager, Elizabeth. We were served promptly and received our ice cream very quickly. VERY FRIENDLY. Elizabeth makes our visits there a great one.

  Walked into the store at around 6:15 on a Sunday night and NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE! I yelled "hello" multiple times and no one answered me. Went back into the car to google the stores phone number hoping someone would answer if I called but still nothing! I decided to go back in just incase someone didn't hear me and once again I repeated with the "hello" thing and finally someone came in! It was a girl and she said that she was "sorry but no one came into the store for 3 hours so she thought she could she could go get something to eat" GIRL WHAT?!? She left the store completely unlocked and open to go get some food! Yeah no, but not to make it worse she went on about "how she hated her job" but she "had to do what she had to". Terrible experience and def won't be back to this location. Love the ice cream though!

  It is usually packed and understaffed. When I went they were out of some ingredients. No one was wearing gloves when grabbing mix-ins, and unfortunately one of the girls was picking at her face while making the ice cream (and getting handfuls of ingredients).
