  three days ago, I went at 2.30, I ordered the holiday offer, a vent peppermint mocha and I told the server I want the free one to be chai latte then she explained that only o the holiday drinks, I told her no problem, I ordered a creme brûlée as the free one, she was writing on a grande cups instead of a vent, so I told her no I want vent and she started rolling her eyes and saying oh my god, i felt very irritated by her attitude toward me even though I am a regular customer. i told her she need to call the manager or someone else to take my order because I don`t need her attitude. , I waited for my drinks and when i went to my car, gave my hubby the free drink he spit it and I tasted the peppermint mocha, both drinks were awful, they tasted more of a boiled water than actually drink from starbucks, I returned back to the coffee shop and asked for my money. I felt very very aggravated and bad from how rude the treatment was. bad bad customer service, rolling eyes, and missing up a customer drink it sure not the way , I will never be stopping by again. this store is the one next to chipotle.

  Coffee is always on point and staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. AND I drink my coffee black so I know when people screw up a brew. They never do at that location...
